Owls Winter Athletes Honored for Academic Achievements

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Centennial Conference announced their 2018 Winter Academic Honorees earlier Thursday, and 21 Bryn Mawr student-athletes earned their way into the limelight thanks to some hard work both in the classroom and in the arena.

To be nominated for the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or higher.

The Owls track and field team led the way for the winter teams, featuring 12 student-athletes on the league's Academic Honor Roll. Bryn Mawr's swim team featured five student-athletes on the list, while four Bryn Mawr basketball players earned honors as well.
